I made this table a little while back for my 5e group but I’m thinking of expanding/revamping it for OSE or generally system agnostic. What do people think of some of the ideas here? Have you come across any cool potion miscibility tables?

Pretty neat, I’d get super weird with the outcomes as drinking multiple potions would have super strange effects.
I like the vommiting acid but the fire vomit is a lot of self damage - 10d8? Jeepers.
