I don’t think it’s a Dyson. I’ve never seen him do stair like that. At least, as far as I could find in my brief digital-archaeological/cartographic dig. (Stair style 1 and stair style 2.)

The earliest reference I could find to the image is from a tumblr post from 2015 with no additional information.
